Western Dental is looking for a bright, motivated, professional with an MBA or Masters of Health Administration degree from an accredited University or a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years management experience to assume an exciting, fast-paced regional operations management position in California, Arizona, and our affiliate offices in Nevada. The responsibilities will include overseeing—at a management level—the performance of a group of offices with as much as $20 million in annual revenues and 200+ employees.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Regional management, training, and oversight of hundreds of employees in several of Western’s offices, strong organizational and leadership skills, collaboration with experienced professionals in Western’s corporate and operations management, great communication skills, versatility in working with analytical and financial data, including budgets, financial statements, and creative information systems tools and reports, good judgment and a strong grasp of people so as to work well with Western’s employees, patients, and management, and lots of enthusiasm for seeing Western’s business improve constantly. Upon completion of a training program for this position, the successful candidate will be provided with a company-paid car, lap-top, cell phone, and other items needed to carry out the duties of this position. Following completion of training, the candidate will be required to spend the large majority of his/her time overseeing performance at the several offices assigned for this regional management position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: MBA or Masters of Health Administration degree from an accredited University or a Bachelors in Business Administration Experience: Bachelor degree requires minimum 3 years experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience, but will be at least as follows: Salary: First three months—expected to be the Training Phase—salary will be at the rate of $54,000 per year, starting the fourth month—beginning of the Regional Management Phase—salary will increase to the rate of $64,000 per year, at the one year anniversary of the Regional Management Phase, salary will increase to the rate of $74,000 per year, and every anniversary thereafter, the candidate will receive periodic reviews and be eligible for salary adjustments based on performance and management’s discretion. Bonuses: Upon the first anniversary of the Regional Management Phase, a bonus of at least $5,000 will be paid, and every anniversary thereafter, the candidate will be eligible for bonuses based on performance and management’s discretion.
