Menlo Park Bedroom with Flexible Dates

This is a TWO bedroom ONE bathroom apartment. FULLY furnished bedroom with a 19 inch LCD tv/screen and full size bed. Since you and I share the bathroom, hopefully you are generally neat and courteous too. $870 + utilities (~60 usually). Available ANYTIME starting early February. Month to month is fine. I can also accomodate stays longer/sometimes shorter than one month.

Great location in Menlo Park, 6-8 minute drive to campus, 15-18 minutes by bike. Near the 101 exit and in a safe area in Menlo Park. 5 minutes from the Dumbarton Bridge for East Bay Access. 5-6 minutes from either Palo Alto or Menlo Park Cal Train. I just graduated from Stanford Medical School in June and started my first year of residency here as well, so I am generally busy most of the day and even on nights at the hospital -- sometimes hardly at home.

What I'm looking for: Since I am a grad student/professional type, I would also prefer a young professional type or undergrad/graduate student (clean, respectful, no drama). However I am open minded, so if you choose to reply, please tell me a little bit about yourself in your introduction. I am fine with a male or a female roomate
