I have 1 room to sublet/rent, depending on your need, in my cozy apartment in Downtown Palo Alto. It’s a peaceful area with your own assigned parking. We are two blocks from the shop & twinkle light lined University Ave, 1 block from The Patio - if that's your thing, Stanford Shopping Center across the street, and the El Camino Soccer Field, Sports Complex. We also have the convenience of Cal Train about a 4 minute 30 second walk away if you want to pop into the city. The room is currently furnished with bed, dresser and a study desk. If you prefer unfurnished, we can chat. Wifi & utilities aren't included in rent. The apartment includes complementary access to an apartment library, laundry, recycling, mailroom, pool and reservable pool house. Your total cut will be about $1,400 per month. You'll also be lucky enough to live with my two roommates, both 2014 Stanford grads.
