5 minutes walk to Caltrain Castro station, VTA and downtown Mountain View Castro Street.
0.5 mile to Hwy 85,
1 mile to Hwy 101.
5 minutes walk to Stevens Creek Trail if you are a runner or biker

Amenities:

The complex does not allow pets. Sorry pet owners.
Laundry room in each building
A swimming pool that you can access any time.
Complex management office is in the next building. The landlady is quite responsive.
2 minutes walk to the local produce, 3 minutes drive to Safeway.

Your future roommate:

Your future roommate is a super nice guy from Europe in his 20s, working at NASA. He loves cooking, having beers and building cool stuff.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is clean, outgoing and responsible.

The rent is $1,182.50 plus utilities (averaging $70/month). $550 deposit. You are going to sign a new lease once you move in which can be transferred to somebody else if you move out.
