--security deposit one month's rent, paid to the landlord, re-paid after move-out per lease agreement

-- utilities: $100-150/month per resident depending on heat/AC
--one-time furniture pass down fee of $600 (includes communal living room and kitchen furniture). Bedroom furniture includes: full size mattress, bed frame, desk, office chair, clothing drawers, bedding. Re-paid by next resident before move-out.
