Hey potential roommate!

We are looking for new roommates for our funky Atherton home. Its a really neat setup with a great pool in the backyard. Its in a fantastic location (9 minute drive to Stanford). We are looking for cool, interesting, and respectful housemates to join our house culture and community.

Location: In the prestigious Atherton community. A short 9 minute drive/20 min bike to Stanford, 23 min bike/11 minute drive to Facebook, and close enough to the major freeways/roads (el camino, 280, 101) to make it convenient for anyone commuting. Its also very close to downtown Palo Alto, which has a lot of bars.

In unit washing machine and Dryer. Multiple refrigerators. Driveway spots & garage spots available.

The rooms: We have one bedroom opening up for $1390/month! Its a gorgeous room with a private "exit" to the pool :)

Roommates: Culture and community are important to us. You will be living with respectful and like-minded young professionals, mostly working at Stanford or other local tech companies, who want to work hard and have a place to relax and socialize at home.

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama-free :) We give bonus points to high achievers :)

We screen heavily and really work hard to make a community that fits well together. We'd rather have a room vacant than have someone who we don't like living in the house.

Logistics: Month to month lease. Utilities split among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens is ready.
