We are looking for you to fill a Master room in a beautiful 3B/2.5B apartment (three floors: garage, 1st and 2nd floors) in Menlo Park. Our housemate is moving out, so we have one master room in the second floor for rent. The room is carpeted, bright, spacious, and unfurnished.

You will have to sign a year lease starting from July 1st 2017.
(Although you have to sign 1-year lease, we thought the landlord is still quite flexible. We can discuss a bit later)
An application fee of $50 is required by the landlord.

About the Master room:
Rent: $1,450 plus utilities, additional $100, if you would like to have a parking spot in the garage
Security deposit is required: the same amount as rent
