Apartment - very spacious, every room is fully furnished (except your bedroom and your bathroom), has a patio, doesn't receive direct sunlight so the place is always cool, and everything in the common spaces will be shared. Complex has a grill area, a hot tub/jacuzzi, and a big pool that you can actually do laps in.

Us - laid back, agreeable, working professionals in our mid-twenties with varied interests indoors (sewing, board games, Netflix, etc.) and outdoors (hiking, running, swimming, etc.).

You - long-term renter who is clean, friendly, and easy to get along with (sorry, but no couples per agreement with landlord). Must love dogs since we have a small dog (sorry, no more pets per agreement with landlord). Landlord will have to run a credit check and reference check before you move in (no extra fee there though). You'll be officially added to the lease before you move in.

Details - $1,500/month that includes base rent and water/sewage. Plus your share of PG&E and high-speed Internet. Move in Oct 1 (can move in before if need be, we just have to clear paperwork with the landlord). Lease runs until September 2016.
