The common area of the house is very well lit by the beautiful, large windows. This house gets a lot of natural light that will help you start your day right! The house also has a very large patio area ready for a nice BBQ. The common areas of the house are fully furnished and are shared equally amongst the housemates.

You'll be living with a great community of young professionals, including an Italian project manager at a VC firm, a developer at LinkedIn, a girl working at Udemy, and a girl working at a software company in Los Gatos!

The lease will be month to month and utilities will be split up evenly.
