I am looking for a roomie to share an awesome apartment I found at Avalon Silicon Valley complex http://www.avaloncommunities.com/california/sunnyvale-apartments/avalon-silicon-valley/pictures/ . I have lived in the complex already for a year and love it, but my lease is now up. I am looking for someone to sign a new 1 year lease with me in a fresh 2 bedroom apartment.

What/when: The very spacious master suite with a huge walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom is up for grabs. The room would come with a parking spot in the complexes private parking garage. Next weekend, July 20th is the move-in date and the beginning of a 1 year lease. The complex is great; with access to a big gym (including gym classes), a huge pool with lap lanes and cabanas, a spa and steam room, BBQs, and a little park. Concerned about wanting to stay for a year? It is really easy to exit the lease. My past roomies have done it easily, all you need to do is find a replacement.

Details: The apartment is on the top floor with great natural light. It comes unfurnished, although I will have some furniture to fill the space along with kitchen supplies (ect). It has an in unit washer and dryer which couldn't be more convenient. Any other questions, just ask!

Your potential roomie: I am a F in my mid-twenties working at a nearby high-tech company in marketing. I have the normal 8-6pm work schedule, and enjoy the gym and meeting friends after work hours. You must be ok with dogs, I have the cutest 1 1/2 year old labradoodle. He is extremely well trained and rarely makes a peep. We also rarely are here on weekends (normally in the city) and he spends his days at doggie daycare while I am at work.
