This top floor, garden-facing room with beautiful views is becoming available July 1st in a lovely house in the Inner Sunset! It’s just across from UCSF. The room has a beautiful view of GGP and Golden Gate bridge from two windows and a view of the ocean from the third. It’s a perfect place to work from home – the room is spacious, has high ceilings, and is quiet throughout the day and night. It’s honestly even better than the photos suggest!

The house has a massive kitchen, dining room, patio, and garden – all with gorgeous views. The house also has a generous living room with lots of comfy couches. The kitchen is equipped with multiple fridges to accommodate everyone's needs.

The house mates are clean, respectful, and friendly young professionals (20s and 30s) working in the tech industry, UCSF, or Stanford. Although we are currently a group of four guys, we welcome individuals of all genders to join our friendly and inclusive household.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from the N muni line and there are multiple bus stops right outside. (But you can’t hear the buses inside the house, especially in this room since it’s at the back of the house.) Additionally, we are only a short 5-minute stroll away from Golden Gate Park and less than 10 minutes to the restaurants/ action of the Inner Sunset or Cole Valley. If you prefer cycling, it's only a 20-minute ride to the 4th/King Caltrain station, accessible either by the N muni line or by bike.

The monthly rent for this room is $1,655, excluding utilities and wifi, which are roughly $100, depending on the season.

We’re holding viewings this weekend- Saturday June 3rd and Sunday June 4th, flexible throughout the day. The other housemates will be around to meet and chat, too!
