We are looking to move into a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit on Feb 21, 2015, and want another roommate. Here are some details:

The total rent for the apartment is $4500, but we are willing to do a $2100 to $2400 split as we are a couple and also taking the master bedroom, which isn't that much bigger than the non-master. About us:

• male and female in mid 20's
• software engineers working in the area
• likes include rock climbing, eating, going to bars, baking, aerial silks, surfing, traveling, edm
• usually out of the house from 9am-7pm, often later because of gym/life
• pretty chill, fun-loving Stanford grads
• we're currently living in the Mission with two other roommates, but want to move closer to downtown

• clean when it comes to common areas
• okay with living with a couple
• open to being on the lease
• we are open to another couple
