My room in the McFarland midrise is available from 1 August 2015 to 15 September 2015. This is an efficiency apartment, which means that the room is private with a bathroom, kitchen, and balcony that are shared with a roommate.

I am offering this for a total of $1,000 for the relevant period. Note that this means you will be paying less than the value of the apartment (i.e., I am absorbing the rest of the cost) and, accordingly, I am seeking a very low-hassle arrangement.
