We have a bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house opening up July 1. You can move in sooner if you prefer for pro-rated rent ($925/month + utilities/internet, which usually run $80-100/month). The house has a large living area, kitchen, dining room, and backyard/deck complete with fruit trees, string lights, grill, and a hammock. Its mostly furnished but if you need a place to store furniture we might be able to figure something out. Other amenities: W/D, Dishwasher, garage for storage, TV/XBOX-HBOGO/Netflix/Prime/and some super secret way to watch sports

Housemates:
A couple shares the master bed/bath. You would share a bathroom with another male. We are all pretty easy-going and absorbed in our own schedules but we make time to occasionally have drinks on the deck or make house dinner. Unfortunately we've reached our pet limit. We have two dogs, a corgi-spitz mix and a lab mix.

Location: Hawes Ct. Redwood City, ~30 minute bike ride to Stanford, a couple blocks from safeway, and ~35 minute walk to downtown Redwood City (or a $7-10 uber)
