(approx. 15 minute bike ride). Bike available to use for biking to campus.The room is furnished and whole house, backyard and common areas are shared with 1 other person. Beautiful remodeled kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave. .Has fiber internet. Washer and Dryer. Nice garden and outside table with umbrella to study and relax. Park in driveway. Quiet neighborhood.
