Location: 524 Kendall Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94306. That is the West side of Elcamino Real, quite far from Caltrain track, so quiet and safe neighborhood. Barron Park Pre-School, Gunn High School, Children parks, and trailers nearby. Many restaurants, Auto repair, Gas station, and grocery store are right on El Camino.

Utilities: Water and sewer included in the rent. Gas and electricity, usually $30, but never went above $50 even in winter.

This very spacious, >700 sq ft, unit includes one large bed room with attached bath and a large kitchen with lots of pantry cupboards. Kitchen is equipped with gas stove (rare these days), large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Carport and Swimming pool are also included. Laundry room is right below the apartment. There is no upstairs or downstairs unit so privacy is great with very good sound proof.
