I am relocating and need to terminate my lease early. I need to find someone to take over my lease. You would be able to extend the lease if you would like. It has three pools and a gym on the complex. You also have your own parking space.

I currently pay $1955, but am reducing the rent for immediate move in. The apartment will be cleaned for 7 days by the complex and will be brand new. It is the same as signing up for a lease, except you get one month free from me.
