I am looking for someone to live with me in this SOMA apartment starting Feb 1st!

The apartment:
Open floor plan with a nice living room and a modern kitchen. If you want to bring your furnishings, that should be ok.

The room:
Spacious, Lots of natural light, walk in closet, next to your own bathroom.

The roommate:
R. - Mid 30s product manager from LA. I like to check out all the SF events, do yoga, hike, and enjoy the outdoors. I am easy to get along with, have always lived with roommates and most of them are my life long friends. I am clean and respectful.

The Building:

• Gym with latest equipment
• Storage and Bike lockers
• Lounges
• Rooftop
• Grills
• Redwood Garden
• Covered Parking Available

The Location:

• Lots of tech companies around
• You can basically walk to the Mission district/South beach/Civic center in 20 mins
• Trader Joe's, Bed Bath & Beyond one block from the apartment
• Whole Foods is about 10 min walk
• Peet's Coffee and Pizza Squared in the building (El Pípila and Wells Fargo are opening soon)
• Spanish and Mexican restaurants on the other side of the street and a lot more around the block
• Caltrain is a few blocks away

Rent $2400 per month
Deposit $600
Utilities Per month Range from $150-$200
