It is equipped with a washer/dryer. Utilities will be additional.

About me - woman in 30s, working professional, hi-tech industry, easy-going, fun, clean, into fitness, cooking etc...The common areas are very nicely furnished (Including the kitchen). All you will need is your bedroom furniture.
