It will be available starting from Aug. 16th, 2015----One nice and clean furnished 1 Bed in the living room (only for one person) in a nice and quiet 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with a huge storage room in the second floor close to Stanford University, only takes 5 minutes by bike, and there are excessive free 24 hours street parking. I am a clean, quiet, and easy-going guy. And I am a non-smoking and non-alcoholic person. So, I prefer the same person to be my roommate, and no verbally chatting after midnight as well. No cooking, but microwave can be used. Thanks for understanding!

$25 non-refundable Credit Check Fee, $300 security deposit and cleaning fees ($100 cleaning fee will not refundable after the contract ceased), and first & last months’ rent should be paid at front. Short term rent is OK, but at least one month, and with one month ahead notice.
