We are looking for a housemate to join a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental house in College Terrace. Current housemates are Stanford grad researchers. We are building an eco-friendly living environment where we recycle, compost, and be mindful of our consumption in energy and water as a household. After the shelter-in-place order has lifted, we have plans to host low-key community events.

Lease: We are looking for someone who can sign a 1 year-long lease starting from July 1st, 2020 to June 30, 2021. It's possible for you to move in earlier before the lease starts.

Location: The house is located in College Terrace by Stanford campus (~5 min by bike). It's walking distance to the Cal Ave Farmer's Market and Cal Ave Caltrain station. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and convenient.

Rent and utilities: Rent is 1075/month and utilities is about $80/month including the internet.

Layout: The master bedroom with a private bathroom is occupied. The room available is one of the other three rooms that share a bathroom. The kitchen and living room are both spacious. Most of the house is already furnished with dishes, dining tables, sofas, lamps, beds, and desks. There is laundry onsite. The house has a yard with outside seatings and garden space in the back. There's extra storage and parking permits available.

Expectations: We are looking for someone who wants to join an eco-friendly living environment and is respectful and communicative. We expect everyone to participate in communal chores every week (~15 mins).

COVID-19 Note: We would like to follow a consensus-driven protocol by all housemates to make sure everyone feels safe and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. We can discuss the details more.
