It is a really spacious and newly remodeled apartment, I have lived there for 1.5 years and I love it.

15 minute bike ride to campus (easy across the menlo park bike bridge), and a 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic).

Move in date is flexible, really any time between now and July 1.
