I am looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom of a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment located in Mountain View, near Old Middlefield and Rengstorff. Close to Highways 101 and 85. It is 6 miles from Stanford campus. The room is good sized and measures 14 feet by 11 feet (the carpet will be cleaned too). Room will be available on August 1st, possibly a bit earlier. Not looking to rent by the month (minimum 6 month commitment). Your rent would be $725/month. Bills for cable/DSL Internet and power usually total around $70-80/month per person. Water and garbage service are included in the rent. Washer/dryer unit on site. Deposit is $200. The living area is furnished and in good shape. I’m a 32 year old male who works on campus. I’m looking for an easy going, respectful individual.
