It is roughly 6 miles from Stanford campus, less than 1 mile from Google's main campus – in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The room is good sized and measures 14 feet by 11 feet. Room will be available on September 1st. Not looking to rent by the month (minimum 6 month commitment). Bills for cable/internet and PG&E usually total around $45/month per person. Water and garbage service are included in the rent. Washer/dryer unit on site. Deposit is $800. The living area is furnished and in good shape. I’m a 36 year old male who works on campus.
