I am looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom of a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment located in Mountain View, near Old Middlefield and Rengstorff. Close to Highways 101 and 85. It is less than 1 mile from Google main campus -- in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The room is good sized and measures 14 feet by 11 feet. Room will be available on September 1st. Not looking to rent by the month (minimum 4 month commitment). Your rent would be $1350/month. Bills for cable/internet and PG&E usually total around $40/month per person. Water and garbage service are included in the rent. Washer/dryer unit on site. Deposit is $800. The living area is furnished and in good shape, the room is unfurnished. I'm a 36 year old male who works at Stanford. I'm looking for an easy going, respectful individual.
