We have 1 bedroom available in our 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom loft apartment in the Dogpatch. The apartment is 3 levels and is on the top floor of the building. It features an updated kitchen with a dishwasher, concrete floors, and an open concept living room with an electric fireplace and lots of natural sunlight. It is centrally located in the Dogpatch within walking distance to 22nd Street Caltrain, UCSF Mission Bay, 3rd Street Light Rail, and lots of restaurants, breweries, and shops. There is coin-op laundry in the building, garage parking with storage available for a fee, and ample permitted street parking. The common areas are fully furnished. The bedroom comes unfurnished.

The room:
Measures 22x7'8 at the most narrow and 22x8'10 at the wider portion, easily fitting a queen bed. It has concrete flooring, a mounted wall heater, large closet, lots of natural sunlight, and a sliding door to its own private balcony. It is located on the 1st level of the apartment, sharing this level with 1 other bedroom and 1 bathroom. Additionally this level has its own separate entrance.

The roommates:
2 ladies in our early to mid 30's. S works as a designer in SF and lives on the first level, sharing the bathroom with the available room. M works as a social worker at Stanford and lives in the loft bedroom. We tend to be a pretty quiet household, enjoying a dinner party from time to time, but not bringing the party home. We are meticulously clean in the common areas, compost/recycle, and use natural cleaning products.

Details:
The room is available June 1st, with possibility of an earlier move-in. Water and garbage are included, other utilities are split evenly (typically $100/month including monthly cleaners, pg&e, and wifi) - we do not have cable at this time. Rent is $1560, deposit is $2490. Lease is month to month. We are open to short-term or long-term tenants - perfect for traveling nurses or incoming residents. The management company will be running your credit and rental history ($20) and will want to see proof of employment/income. Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking.
