Hello! Myself and my roommate are looking for one additional roommate (male or female is fine) to move in to our nice Sunnyvale home ASAP! The house comes fully furnished except the bedroom, a fully applianced kitchen, and a great fenced in back yard with a grill. The house is located 1 mile from downtown Sunnyvale and Caltrain, and super close to Target, Trader Joe's, and Safeway. The kitchen has a stove, oven, and microwave, and brand new refrigerator. The laundry is located in our 2 car garage right outside the kitchen. Lots of storage space and plenty of street parking. The bedroom itself is approximately 12x12 with a large closet. The photo of the room is how it looked furnished with a full bed. The room does not come with any furniture!

Additionally, the house comes with a sweet, beautiful, 3 year old lab mix named Penny, and all she wants is to go on walks and cuddle on the couch with you. If you have any questions about the dog feel free to ask! Disclaimer: you will have no responsibility over the dog, just all the fun :)

A little bit about the roommates:
I am a research coordinator at Stanford University and love to hang out outside and go rock climbing! I am usually gone on the weekend with friends or visiting my parents in the east bay, but also appreciate hanging out by the house taking it easy. The commute to stanford by caltrain is a quick 15 minute ride!

The second roommate works at the Los Gatos JCC and is similarly laid back. She enjoys cooking dinner for our friends, and likes to take it easy with some Netflix. She also spends many weekends away from home.

We are both alcohol and smoking friendly (if its outside).

What we are looking for: anyone who doesn't mind us hanging out and cooking after work, who loves dogs, and who is respectful towards our shared space.
