to San Antonio Shopping Center. The rent is all inclusive.

Price is not negotiable. Emails asking for "final price" will be ignored.

Kitchen, Washer Dryer, Dish Washer in the unit. you are welcome to use them. The bathroom you will use will be
the one in the living room. The bathroom is not private and will be shared with occasional guests, but will be mostly used by
you. I will have my own.
