One bedroom available in a Redwood City home about 15 min from campus. The house is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house off the corner of Woodside Road and Alameda de las Pulgas, just 4 miles away from Stanford. Driving to campus takes about 10 min, although biking is convenient too. The house is cozy with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a two-car garage. Our backyard is HUGE with a porch and tons of space we don't even know what to do with. We also have a washer and dryer in the garage so laundry is super convenient.

The room itself is in the basement, with two entrances, one from the garage and another from the backyard. It's spacious and comparable in size to the master bedroom, with relatively new carpet and wooden walls. It includes a half-bathroom in the garage, although you would have to use the shared bathroom upstairs to shower.

You would be living with 3 housemates, all of whom are Stanford students. The rent is $870, not including utilities. Utilities average about $60-70/month.

Move-in date is flexible, although the ideal candidate would move in during mid to late November. Preference will be given to men (to keep the balance of housemates as two men and two women) and those who can commit for a lease through August 2016.
