About your housemate:

Your housemate will be an IT engineer- guy who lives in the master bedroom.
2nd room will be the office room, sometimes visited by the owner just for work.
Your room will be the third one (~182 sq ft) and you will have the bathroom on your own most of the time.

1. Price : $1200/month - long term (>6 months); 1300$/ month - short term; 1 month deposit.
2. Internet + utilities from 60- 80$/month
3. Free gym/pool/Business center/ clubhouse/ private parking
4. Your room is furnished with bed, mattress, table…
5. Spacious living room and kitchen with fully equipped Sofa, TV, kitchen utensils, water filters, bar, inhouse - washer/dryer
6. Highly secured and private neighborhood with security patrol
7. Friends visiting are welcome
