I am a local high school teacher, and will be moving with my wife to teach in London for a year from August to August (timing potentially flexible). We're looking for a mature, responsible, and reliable tenant who will take really good care of our home while we're out of the country. We will be leaving it fully furnished, including housewares if needed (even a gas BBQ if you promise to take good care of it!). The furniture is all under a year old, modern and beautiful. I recently renovated the floors and the kitchen (granite counters, stainless steel appliances). Its a really nice place that stays surprisingly cool on hot days and warm on cold days. Best of all it is in an extremely convenient location, right near the freeway entrance/exit to 85 and 101 - 280 is only a couple of minutes away via 85. Downtown Mountain View is a 2 minute drive or a roughly 20 minute walk. We often walk down there for breakfast or for the farmer's market on Sunday. Great restaurants and shops!

Unit is 750 sq.ft., one bedroom (1 br) with one bathroom (1 ba), 275 sqft private patio, and fireplace.
