In the cottage there are all hardwood floors and fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The washer/drier is in the apartment complex next door. Two blocks from Santa Cruz Avenue, two miles from Stanford University and a few blocks from Safeway and Trader Joe's. Rent is $1197 per month plus a small amount for utilities. This room is only suitable for one person because it is so small, there is no closet, but plenty of room for dressers and under-bed storage. I can ask my roommate if she would be willing to sell her full sized bed. Please contact me to talk more and get pictures, I can have my roommate show you the place, but only people who are serious about it.
