1 bedroom in 2B/2Ba on edge of North Beach/Nob Hill with courtyard and ensuite (month-to-month)

Hi!

Looking for a roommate to take-over a lease as my roommate is moving on for a new job. The room has ensuite bathroom and private access to its own courtyard. It's an awesome street (Mason Street - near Cable Car museum), 5 mins walk to North Beach, 5 mins walk to Chinatown, great cafe within 2 minutes. Load of small city parks within 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk down to the waterfront at aquatic cove. Really nice view of the water from the street of apt. Can do month by month and would ideally be at least 6 months starting relatively soon, but open to negotiation.

I am a 25 year old guy from the UK but been in the US 6 years now, did my grad degree at Stanford and was an athlete there too. Open to internationals and funny Americans. Working as a health coach now. Usually quiet at home after work, cook a fair bit, open to a pretty chill home environment but very social outside of apt. Keen to explore some more of California/hiking too. Into literature, art, music, food, sport, tv.
