The apt has a large living room, full kitchen (with dish washer) and a huge terrace, 1.5 bathrooms. The room is very big, furnished, including a big closet, desk, chair, bookshelf, and a twin size bed and mattress. The apt is off sand hill road, walk distance to Stanford medical school and Stanford shopping center, lots of free shuttles to Stanford campus. Walk distance to CVS, SHELL and Safeway.

We live with my child and my mother who visits us temporarily and we share one room. I am a visiting scholar at Stanford and in my 30s, easy going and professional. We are not at home from 8:00 to 6:30. Most of time I am super busy and won't have time to talk with you. So I hope you are quiet, professional and respectable. If we have time, I am more than happy to share food and stories together. But I prefer we have separate lives. If you are positive and optimistic, it would be perfect. Although I am not looking for parter, I hope we have lots of fits. Hence, pessimistic and home-centered don't work for me. My apologies for that. Because I have a child, although he is very smart and quiet, but you can't expect he behaves like an adult. I expect he grows up according to his own path. If you are nice and patient, it should be perfect. Female roommate preferred.

The rent will be $ 1700 per month and 420 per week. All utilities and internet are included. The apt is comparatively luxury. On-site amenities include heated pools, gym, tennis court and theater.
