I am looking for a young professional responsible female roommate to share a two-bedroom/1 bath apartment. (single occupancy only).

You will have your own bedroom to decorate and furnish as you like. The common areas consist of a dining area, a living room, a small balcony, and a bathroom.

Great Location:
Mountain View right off of the NASA/Moffet Exit and very close to DT Mountain View (CASTRO)... just a bike ride away from the CALTrain Station.
Rent:
*$1160 a month plus utilities (P&G and cable) with a Deposit of half the month's rent.
Cable is approx $75 and utilities are variable depending on season.

Availability & Term:
September 1st. 6 month sublease until March 2016; and month-to-month basis after that.

All common areas are already furnished and decorated with my belongings. I have lived here for over four years and have decorated the place with a lot of love and color ☺ My apartment is cute and cozy and I love it.
I also have a small puppy. He is a Yorkshire terrier who lives indoors, so you must love dogs. :) Even though I have a pet, my home is kept very clean and it is extremely important that my housemate will also always keep the shared living spaces clean (including washing dishes everyday, vacuuming regularly, etc.) Unfortunately, there are no other pets allowed.
