There is onsite laundry, plenty of storage space, street parking, a place to store you bike, and just a great neighborhood to live in. I work full-time, am a female in my twenties, and am very active.
Sorry no pets, no smoking, and unfortunately- no crazy late night raves at the apartment either.

I am open to female or male, and want to keep a clean, healthy, and friendly place to live. Occasional gatherings are fine to have, but good communication is important and someone who is responsible and most importantly- considerate of the other roommate.
