One bedroom (unfurnished) in a 2bd/1ba apartment coming available at the beginning of July. Remaining roommate is a Stanford PhD student, very relaxed and clean. The apartment also has a large living room, kitchen and one car port. Gas & electric and internet are not included in the rent but all other utilities are.
