Our house is great - a quiet 3 bedroom/1.5 bath just 2.5 blocks from
downtown Mountain View. CalTrain, Steven's Creek trail and
the Sunday farmers market are all walking distance. The house is also
a short drive to 237, 101 and 85. We have a
dishwasher, washer/dryer and a backyard with grill and a big redwood tree over the patio set. In
general we keep things pretty tidy and are very respectful of one another.

Ideally we're looking for someone who is laid back, fun, friendly,
considerate and would enjoy becoming a part of our house.
Most nights are pretty mellow around here as the two current roommates are working
professionals, both in mid-late 20s, but when around we hang out and get along great. We're also a pet friendly bunch, so you like should like furry creatures too.

Rent for the available room is $750 with a $850 deposit. Utilities are not included and usually run $80-90 per month (including cable, wireless, PG&E, water, etc.). The lease is month-to-month.
