I am looking to sublease my room out to someone as I am moving in with my girlfriend in SF.
This lease is to begin 8/31 and run until June of 2020 with a high likelihood of resigning. If the dates don't work for you perfectly we can probably work something out. Just reach out!

The home is a 5 bedroom 3 bath 2100 square feet house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The home is really close to a ton of restaurants, cafes, and places to shop.

There are 5 bedrooms, however, only 4 are in use. The 5th is used as a storage room / ironing room. There are two living rooms (of which one has been transformed into more of an office space for work from home days), a two car garage, plenty of space in the driveway, and a large backyard. You will have a good sized room about 11' x 11' and share a large bathroom with one of the other guys.

The other 3 guys who live here are my friends and they're all relaxed guys who work professional engineering jobs in the area.

This has been the best living situation I've had and the quality of life is really great here. I'm sad to move but it's time for me to move in with my significant other!

Let me know if you're interested in seeing the house. I'm looking for you to take over my lease sometime after August 24th (however, I am flexible on move-in date) and the lease ends on June 16th, 2020.
