We’re a group of relaxed, young engineers—3 males, 1 female—looking for a female addition to our house and community. On weeknights, you can find us playing board games, fiddling with guitars, or watching movies. On weekends, we sometimes go out to bars, go on hikes, check out events around the bay, or host friends in our home. We're apt to keep to ourselves, too.

House details:
-1 mile from downtown Sunnyvale and Caltrain station
-2 car garage, plenty of street parking
-spacious living room and kitchen
-backyard with outdoor furniture and grill
-washer and dryer in garage
-hardwood floors, carpet in living room and bedrooms
-utilities $65-$120 per mo (water and sewage are every other month)
-1 year lease starting in mid-April

The room we’re looking to fill is on the second floor and has a closet, window, and is unfurnished. You must be comfortable sharing a bathroom with 2 males.

We’d like our future housemate to be clean, to chip in for house needs and improvements, and to occasionally enjoy our house with us.
