We are subletting our wonderful apartment. It's on Abrams, which is just by the Starbucks and El-Camino.
The apartment is furnished, has a nice balcony and is in a great neighborhood.
The rent is for the entire month of August. We are asking 1550$, and are including with it all the necessary kitchenware, cooking items, linens and a lot more. The apartment is PERFECT for a couple.
All utilities and laundry are included in the price.
