38, 44, 1, and 2 are all right around the corner. Getting to union square takes 15 min.
Restaurants, bars, Golden Gate Park, dry cleaning, Walgreens are in walking distance
Washer/Dryer shared with another unit in garage

Comfortably fits a queen sized bed, desk, and large dresser

Private fire escape balcony
Close to kitchen and front door--sound sleeper is ideal

About us:
3 professional ladies around 25-27
We each have our own schedules but are friendly with one another. Though we are not usually all home at once we like keeping the place tidy as we do not hire a house cleaner.
All party attendees and not hostesses (at the house)
We've got a variety of hobbies and interests: gardening, spray painting, building things, road trips, traveling, binge watching tv shows, lounging
Drug free, smoke free

About you:
Tidy--leaving a breakfast dish because you're in a hurry and cleaning it when you get home at night is understandable but leaving dishes there for 3+ days is no bueno.
Live-in significant others are not ok
No pets allowed by lease. One roommate is highly allergic to cats so we're looking for someone who does not even have occasional contact with cats.

Someone who doesn't bring the party home
Professional--proof of employment is ideal. We/landlord will ask for 2 most recent pay stubs.
