We are graduate students at Stanford, looking for housemates for the new academic year (one year lease from October 1, 2017 to August 15, 2018 required, starting date is flexible). The house is on Sand Hill Road, near downtown Menlo Park, I-280 and Safeway, a 10-minute drive to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto.

The house is very secluded with a great view and a shared swimming pool. There're nice running and hiking trails nearby and community parks. We have two rooms for rent:

The 1 bedroom/shared bathroom for rent is on the third floor, fully furnished and spacious.
