We have 1 private bedroom available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in Palo Alto, available from now until July 2017 (possibility of another year-long renewal). No pets are allowed in the house and you will share a bathroom with one of us. Bedroom is ready to move in and comes furnished with a table, dresser, mattress, chair, and closet. We all share the full kitchen, dining room, living room, garage, back yard, and laundry facilities. The house is a 10 minute bike ride to the California Avenue CalTrain, a 5 minute drive to Highway 101, and is within walking distance of grocery stores, coffee, parks, and banks.

We:

• are three relaxed guys who work on the Peninsula
• are quiet, non-smoking, and reasonably tidy
• love to cook, watch bad movies, and play board games

You:

• are an easy-going guy/girl
• are quiet, non-smoking, tidy, help with house chores, and pay rent on time
• enjoy eating good food, laughing at our puns, and know what's colder than being cold
