I am looking for a roommate for a two bedroom apartment in Santa Clara starting around May 15-30. Each person has their own bedroom and bathroom. The living room, kitchen and the patio is shared. Laundry is within the apartment for convenience. Parking is free but you can request a garage if needed. There are many amenities in the complex like swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and gymnasium etc.

The rent costs US$ 1600 per person with utilities. We can buy/share some furniture since the current roommate is taking away some of his own.

I did my PhD at Stanford University and I am a nice, kind roommate who is easygoing and fun. I like to keep the house clean and decent. I prefer someone who is also studying or working in the Silicon Valley.

The Estancia apartment complex is close to Levis stadium and there is a Safeway and also restaurants in the neighboring Rivermark Plaza which is 2 minutes away. It is a safe and peaceful complex.
