My roommate is moving out at the end of this month, and I'm looking for someone to take her room. Move in date is March 1st, possible earlier if you are willing to pay pro-rated rent. The apartment is on the second floor in a quiet area near Whole Foods, CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, and more.

Complex includes pool, carport, laundry machines. The $1100 includes rent and utilities. There is also a $500 deposit required upon move-in ($600 if carpet cleaning is desired). Lease will be month-to-month.

Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.
