I have one bedroom (~120 sq. ft.) available for rent starting April 15. It is part of a a sunny clean 3 bedroom townhouse in Mountain View. Easy access to HWY 101/85, minutes from Google and blocks from the Google trail.

This townhome is a quiet two-story end unit in a safe friendly neighborhood. Several families in the complex work for Stanford. The house has a private entry courtyard with bike storage, backyard with expansive deck and organic garden. The 1337sf living space has laminate wood floor throughout, generous storage space, and baseboard heaters with individual control.

All bedrooms are on the top level and the doors have a key lock for extra privacy. The room is medium sized with full closet. The room is unfurnished. There is one bathroom that would be shared by all tenants. You also have full access to the common area downstairs: ½ bath, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and fireplace. You also have the right to a covered parking spot right in front of the house.

I am an easy-going, quiet male in his thirties working at Stanford. I occupy the master bedroom and keep the house neat (no dishes in the sink and no shoes inside). The other tenant is a quiet male Stanford graduate. Total number of occupants in the house (including you and me) will be only 3. No smoking, drugs, loud parties, or pets, please.
