Looking to rent out one room in a 5 bedroom one story house in Midtown Palo Alto starting February 1st. Room has walk-in closet and has the option to be furnished if requested with dresser, mattress/bed frame, and bookshelf (at a negotiable cost). Bathroom will be shared with 2 other females. There is a kitchen that is stocked and includes dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, stove, and dish ware that you will be able to use. Washer and dryer are in the house as well. House also has a living room/dining area, backyard deck, and storage shed. Parking is available on the street and in the driveway. Located in a safe, quiet area on a cul-de-sac and is close to the 101 and Oregon Expressway. Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, CVS, etc. within a few blocks. Looking for a clean and responsible female roommate that will be easy to get along with. We are all female (mid 20's) and are also all associated with Stanford: 3 MD students one RN hospital employee. Utilities split equally between all tenants (average ~$90/month).
