Hello - we are two roommates (a working professional and a grad student in our mid to late 20's - one male, one female) and are looking for a roommate to move into the third bedroom. The room will be available on February 23. We are looking for someone to sign a year long lease, but would be willing to consider a short term lease ending the beginning of April.

It's a great room in a great location! A large room (11' x 14'), with big walk-in closet, unfurnished, in a 3-bedroom town-house style, full kitchen, living room, a little patio, etc. Although the pictures do not show it, the rest of the apartment does have furniture. Downtown Mt. View and Castro St. Caltrain are less than a mile away, and there is a little park connected to a running trail right across the street. $1060/month + internet & PGE (ends up being around $40/person). Water and garbage are included.

We are looking for someone clean, responsible, and laid-back. We like to hang out, have dinner together on occasion, etc. We are both busy with life and work/school but would love to find someone who we get along with.
