The bedroom for rent is medium sized. Currently fits chair, desk, queen sized bed and dresser easily. This room shares a bathroom with one other resident- female grad student. Rent for this room is $920/month plus split 1/3 utilities.

It is in a quiet neighborhood but only a 5 min walk to two big supermarkets and other amenities. It is also close to hiking and biking trails. Easy access to highway 101 and 280 makes it ideal for commuters as well. About 30 minute walk or less than 10 minute bike to the Caltrain. The apartment is very spacious and common areas are fully furnished, including the kitchen and the living room.

You will be living with two Stanford researchers- one Stanford graduate student and one Stanford Postdoc. We are easy-going and value great company.

Rent is $920/month (water and garbage are included) + 1/3 utilities + security deposit ($1100).
